Wine Production in Australia Higher Than Expected (Beverage World)

Wine Grape Growers Australia says the final production figures for last year have come in well above forecasts. The Australian Bureau of Statistics says 1.8 million tones of grapes were crushed nationally in the 2007, 2008 year, up 30 percent on the previous year.
